Prices are only an estimated starting price for a full-body model.
They can become higher depending on the complexity of the character design.
Animals with longer snouts, birds and animated wings will cost more to rig.Rigging prices are more of a guideline as it will be dependent on the amount of layers and complexity of the artPrice includes 3 simple togglesPrices are in GBP

Process + instalments

Models usually take 3-4ish months but can be longer with bigger projects or if you need to pay in smaller instalments.As a minimum you'll receive an update when:- first sketch is done -
- art is done but not cut -
- face rigging is done (eyes, mouth & brow rigging) -
- Head XYZ -
-Changes can be made with each update as long as it's not something that should of been addressed in a previous update.First instalment has to be paid before I start.Further payments are to be paid after you're happy with each update.Last payment will be after last update (there will still be some rigging to do).Project will be split into smaller updates if you need to separate payments into smaller instalments. So payments will always be after an update.You're welcome to ask for more updates if you haven't heard from me for a while or if you just want to see more updates.All models include setup for Vtube studio. I will help with any additional set up/ issues you may have with Vtube Studio.If you notice any rigging errors at any point after the model is completed, tell me and I'll fix it as best as I can.

Etsy Recolours and Edits

Prices are in addition to base Etsy price unless you buy the model separately.Recolours will always be unique and belong to only one person.
However in case where two people order the same colour/ markings there may be similarities (I will make them different as far as feasible).Turnaround usually within 1-2 weeksWill do:

additional accessories (hats, neckerchiefs, piercings etc)

Additional toggles (unless it's to toggle on an accessory)

TOS

PaymentPayments can be done through Wise, Stripe or PayPal.I will accept USD if you're willing to use Wise or Stripe.As PayPal is the worst out of the three in terms of fees and currency exchange, invoices from now on are done in GBP. You can still pay in USD (or any other currency) but you will be automatically charged at PayPal's exchange rate.Please keep in mind that because of this, if you don't usually use GBP, commissions will be more expensive if you go through PayPal.-Artist rightsUnless discussed beforehand, I have the right to post artwork, WIPs and showcases online.-Commercial rightsUnless discussed otherwise, commissions are for personal use and monetary purposes limited to videos and livestreams only.Personal use includes sharing to social media, (profile pictures, banners and posts) where there is no direct profit.Commercial rights are non transferable and only belong to one personPlease do not use any art or character designs I've created for merch unless discussed beforehand.additional fees apply for comercial rights outside of those stated.Usage of work for AI is NOT allowed-FilesIf ordering Vtuber art only you will receive a PSDFor all other commissions you will not receive any PSDs or Live2D files. Rigged Vtuber models will be delivered as only the files needed to work for tracking.If you wish for the files additional fees apply:
- 50% Increase to have the files for archiving purposes (you may not edit the files or share them with other people)
- 150% increase and you may use the files to have other artists or riggers edit the files.-EditingFor all Vtuber commissions EXCEPT Etsy model edits, you may use Vtube studio's recolouring features.Illustrations may be cropped and/or edited (i.e. increasing contrast, decreasing saturation, adding logo etc) as long as it is not done with malicious intent. You must still credit me.Art must not be copied or traced.-DeadlinesIf a commission has to be done before a deadline it should be stated.Short deadlines may incur a rush fee-CreditingPlease credit me when posting my art.When using a model as a main model please credit me in social media bios or descriptions.-transfer rightsFinished Vtuber models and Etsy recolours are only for one person and should not be transferred or resold to anyone else.Vtuber model art should only be transferred for rigging purposes and should not be resold or used by other people for use as a Vtuber model.Vtuber model files (for rigging or use with tracking) should not be made publicly available.Artwork (not for Vtuber models) can be transferred to someone else when reselling the associated character but should not increase the value by more than what you have paid.Character designs can be transferred to other people and can be sold for the cost of the art but not of the designing process.-RevisionsThere shall be opportunities to makes changes to artwork/ models as we progress.Additional fees may apply when a change is requested that should have been addressed in a previous update. e.g. Asking for changes to a pose after artwork is rendered which could of been changed in the sketching stage.Additional fees may apply when asking for big changes or multiple small changes which contradict what was previously asked. i.e. being asked to completely change an outfit from what was requested after it has already been sketched.-RefundsYou may not ask for refunds after artwork or model is completed and delivered.You may receive a partial refund for unfinished work. The amount will be decided by me based on how far along in the project I am.You may only receive a full refund if I have not started on it yet and you wish to cancel your order.-Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any problems or questions.
